The only book you need when your child is diagnosed with a food allergy

 

Food allergy is reaching record levels affecting an average of two children in every classroom*.  And yet surprisingly there are no virtually cookbooks that address the needs of families with children with food allergy.

 

The Allergy-Free Family Cookbook contains 100 recipes that are all free from dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soya, gluten, sesame and shellfish.
