The Riso Gallo gluten-free pasta, Pasta 3 Cereali, uses a blend of brown rice, corn, and buckwheat flours to achieve perfect pasta: one with al dente texture, supreme sauce adherence, authentic farina-like taste, and the benefits of vegetable proteins. It is a lighter, more easily digestible alternative to wheat pasta. It is certified by the Italian Coeliac Association and recommended by the UK Coeliac Society.
