    Ingredients
    • 1 jar Ocean Crown Cooked & Pickled Cockles
    • 1 stick celery finely sliced
    • 5 sundried tomatoes chopped
    • garlic & herb cream cheese
    • mixed salad leaves
    • cress
    • 4 slices gluten free seeded bread toasted
    Servings: people

    Instructions
    1. Mix the drained cockles together with the celery and sundried tomatoes
    2. Toast the rye bread and spread generously with the cream cheese.
    3. Add a few salad leaves to each slice of rye bread and then spoon the cockle mixture over
    4. Garnish with cress tips and serve.
    5. Tip: mini versions of these make perfect canapés.
